DMB to perform at Farm Aid 2008

The Dave Matthews Band has been roped in to perform at the Farm Aid 2008 on September 20th and will be held at the Comcast center in Mansfield for the first time this year. The other notable artists who will be performing along with the Dave Matthews band are Neil Young, Willie Nelson and John Mellencamp. There is also news filtering through that DMB will be partnered by their long time associate and producer Tim Reynolds for the Farm Aid show. The tickets to the show are currently on sale through various websites and at the venue. There is no doubt that the Farm Aid concert event is going to be a huge success.

Mile High Music Festival
The Mile High Music Festival which features the Dave Matthews Band, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and John Mayer will be webcast tonight. This has been confirmed via the AT&T Blue Room. The Dave Matthews Band is scheduled to take the stage at 8:45 PM Mountain Time. This is the second festival show this tour to feature the option of being able to watch the concert live through a webcast.

Dave Matthews to Perform at Farm Aid 2008

Reportedly, Dave Mathews will be performing at the Farm Aid 2008 to be held at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA. He will be performing with Tim Reynolds. This will be nostalagic for the fans since Tim performed with the band last year as well. Other big names announced for performances at the Farm Aid 2008 are Neil Young, Willie Nelson, and John Mellencamp. More artists will be revealed in the coming weeks. Make sure you get your tickets for this event if you are a true Dave Matthews fan.

 The Cruzan Amphitheatre will be the next stop for the Dave Matthews Band as they continue their summer tour.  DMB will be hitting up the outdoor music venue on July 11th and 12th with special guest Gomez.  The Cruzan Amphitheatre is located in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Tickets to all Dave Matthews Band concerts are always hard to get, and with this year fans raving about performances the band is putting on, tickets are becoming more difficult to get.  The band has been performing all types of music which has DMB fans across the country talking.  After the 2 shows in Florida, DMB will have a 10 day break before making stops at the Qwest Center in Omaha followed by 2 shows at the Verizon Wireless Music Center in Noblesville Indiana.  Dave Matthews Band fans are getting the word out that if you haven’t been to one of his concerts in a while, now is the time to do so.

Dave Matthews Band’s summer show at the Nissan Pavilion last Saturday was a real treat to the music lovers. They performed for almost two and a half hours and they combined various music forms like rock, pop, folk and jazz in a very professional way and made the more than 25,000 audiences ecstatic. The other members of the band, Boyd Tinsley, Stefan Lessard, Leroi Moore and Carter Beauford, supported Dave to make the show successful.  The band performed songs like “Dreaming Tree’, “You Might Die Trying”, “The Space Between” and “Out of My Hands”. All these songs have made the die-hard fans who struggled to get the tickets for the show happy.
